Bliss came about from a need to restore some balance in our patient's lives. 

Specially formulated to help with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, nervous system related gastro-intestinal upsets, restlessness, nervousness and worry. May help relieve stress-induced muscle tension. 

Ingredients

Kava – a drug-free relaxant our naturopaths often refer to as 'herbal Valium.' Kava increases GABA receptors, which may relieve anxiety and stress, while promoting better sleeping patterns. Kava may help with both sleep-onset insomnia and sleep maintenance insomnia. Relaxes muscle tension, helping ease muscle stiffness and pain.

Passionflower – may reduce anxiety and insomnia. Passionflower specifically reduces frequent waking during the night and facilitates faster return to sleep.

Lavender – well known for its relaxing properties as an essential oil, as a herbal extract Lavender helps calm the mind and may relieve stress and anxiety. By relaxing the body and mind, Lavender helps to promote restful sleep.

Rehmannia – restores health and function to our adrenal glands, which govern our stress response. When our adrenals are working over-time, our stress response is trigger happy. Hello short fuse, low stress tolerance and anxiety. Rehmannia restores balance to our adrenal glands and our stress response.
